So happy we chose Blueprint Construction for an architect-designed renovation of our 1900s federation weatherboard house, with complex detailing. Simon and his team have delivered a faultless five-star experience throughout the entire process, from tender, value management, contracts, construction and post-construction. Communication was proactive, clear and responsive; we always knew what was happening and why, from every team member. The build quality is just outstanding throughout, with a meticulous on-site site manager (Tim Hall, ably assisted on site by experienced carpenter Lachy) ensuring top level workmanship with crisp detailing at all times. Every trade on site was punctual, considerate and clearly top tier, with particular mention of Wazi from Kitchen Domain for the beautiful cabinetry and bookshelves throughout, working to amazingly tight tolerances. Most impressive throughout was the relentless attention to detail: the team checked, re-checked and problem-solved until the result was as close to perfect as humanly possible. Stef, Thien and Matt in the office were all invested in success as if this was their own home. They all clearly take pride in doing great work and the team are the full package for architect-designed renovations or new builds—dependable, collaborative and utterly committed to delivering the best. Going in I hoped everything would go to plan with great finishes and a stress free experience, and I’m so pleased we went with Blueprint because that’s exactly what I got. We’d highly recommend Blueprint without reservation. Perfect to create a high-end home in Fairfield, Northcote, Canterbury, Hawthorn, Kew or Camberwell (or as far afield as you can convince them to go).
