Tecture's design emphasizes natural light, timber elements, and a cohesive aesthetic, creating a warm and inviting family home.   • We engaged Blueprint Constructions to build our architectural designed home in Northcote. From the get go, Simon was professional and communicative, providing detailed responses to our queries, and giving us certainty about the build process. His team of builders worked diligently throughout the construction period and were always friendly and welcoming when we came to site. We had a number of delays and variations through the process, but we were to able resolve them through honest and transparent discussions, and Simon often went above and beyond to track down an amendable solution. Our new house is beautiful and the quality and detailing of the build far exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Blueprint Constructions.
