Fitzroy North Residence

Fitzroy North Residence is a renovation and extension project that enhances a Victorian Edwardian style terrace home. The design focuses on creating functional, light-filled spaces with a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, blending modern elements with its historic charm, resulting in a versatile and comfortable family living environment.

  • We feel so lucky to have found Simon and his team at Blueprint Constructions for our Fitzroy North renovation which spanned 2020 to 2022. We have undertaken a home renovation previously and were braced for everything (except pandemic lockdowns!).

    Luckily none of the things we had braced for (such as cost blowouts, timing blowouts and major stress) happened thanks to the designer (Dan Gayfer) and building (Blueprint) dream team. Our neighbourly relations also stayed in tact thanks to their consideration - our neighbours still comment on their communication and kindness during the building process.

    We were and still are so grateful to Blueprint Constructions for the workmanship, communication, care and result.
