Blueprint were great to work with on our renovation. Our build was fairly complex with an 1890’s facade to be extensively renovated with a modern refresh with intricate details. We met with Simon early in the process and he was terrific in working with us and our architect to achieve exactly what we wanted in the build. Simon has an extremely keen eye for detail, during all of our site inspections he was very thorough reviewing every aspect and finish of the build. Our build had supply challenges through the covid period though we were able to navigate all of these challenges with Blueprint and not compromise on quality.   

As well as Simon, we were very happy with the Blueprint team on site. Dave Allanson was site manager and was a delight to work with. He was extremely patient answering the many questions from us first time renovators. We even had comments from the neighbours as to how professionally and respectfully the site was run. Having lived in the renovated home for 18 months now, we've been very impressed by the workmanship, attention to detail and quality throughout. We’d certainly recommend working with Simon and the Blueprint team.
