Blueprint Construction Company Pty Ltd was born in 2015 after Simon Cerra (the sole director) received his Domestic Builders – Unlimited license.

Simon’s humble beginnings as an apprentice carpenter was where his industry experience started back in 2006 and from there, he successfully completed his apprenticeship being signed off early and quickly progressed through to a site manager and not long after a project manager working for 8 years with one of Melbourne’s most well-known residential builders managing multi-million dollar projects

Since starting in 2015, Blueprint has grown predominantly on word of mouth from previous clients and repeat projects from an ever-growing architect & interior designer relationship pool. We pride ourselves on our long-standing relationships with our architects and interior designers.

Simon’s love for things absolutely bespoke, custom and 1 of a kind has seen Blueprint excel in the space of architecturally designed alternations and additions and new builds – so much so Blueprint has recently won 3 HIA Awards in a row in the Alterations and Additions category.

Over the years, Blueprint has grown a very impressive portfolio of beautifully crafted projects in which no detail is too hard or complex, no tight site is a problem and continually striving for perfection is what runs through our veins.
